When I try to draw, sometimes the pen and pen cursor become separate and I can't draw.
I have no choice but to turn off my computer and restart it, which is inconvenient. Is there a way to do this?

This is probably a problem with the pen tablet driver.
It may be possible to restore the problem by restarting the tablet driver and changing the "Tablet service to use" in CLIP STUDIO PAINT's preferences once and then changing it back.
Or restart the pen tablet driver and then restart CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
If you are using a Wacom pen tablet, you can restart it from the Wacom utility.
If you cannot restart it properly from the utility, you can restart it from "Services" in the Windows Administrative Tools.
Other manufacturers' pen tablets may have a similar function.
