16 days ago1. It's okay for someone who downloads it to modify it and use it in their own creations, but it's a violation for someone who downloads it (who is not the seller) to modify the material and upload it to ASSETS.
2. It's okay to use it commercially for creative work.
However, each "licensed material" will have its own "conditions of use" that must be adhered to.
