3D model won’t download

Hi, I found a free 3D model of a house that I wanted to download. I pressed the download button, it automatically brought me to my CSP (I’m using an iPad Pro) and said ‘download started’ but they was no download bar to tell me how far it was in the downloading process and after some time it never appeared under my material. The assist store gave me the option to redownload it, which I did but it’s still not there. What do I do?
