How do I follow my perspective grid rulers / how do I draw lines which actually follows my ruler patterns? because on the other hand I draw my perspective back ground grid and next am stuck to draw using brash to follow those patterns that I set.
How do I draw unic characters using mouse for 2D? I cant even draw a nice semi circle for head start-up.

With the brush selected, open [Window → Subtool Details] in the top menu and turn on [Correction → Snappable].

If you want to draw a neat head shape when drawing a person, you can draw a circle with the shape tool.
Also, you can create concentric circles with the ruler tool, so you can make the brush (pen) [Snappable] and draw a circle like in [1].

Also, the CSP screen in your attached image is an older version of ver.1.x.x. Unless there are special circumstances, consider updating to the latest version, ver.1.13.2. The update is free, but the UI design (tool icon design) will change.
