I can't find my pencils somehow they got erased and I'm very worried what do I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is worrying, I lost all my brushes and things I had, I don't even have the option to paint, erase or do practically anything. I updated it to version 3.0 with the hope that the system will restart or something similar but it didn't work. I need help please!

14 days agoFirst, press SHIFT+TAB to display the menu.
Then from the menu, select Window → Tools, Subtools, and other necessary items.
If it has not been customized, you can return it to the factory settings by selecting Window → Workspace → Restore to Basic Layout.
