Serial Number not working and more

I bought a disc awhile ago, and have had to insert the serial number a few times since I need a new computer (I have to factory reset very few months). The serial won't work know, what can I do?
I also paid for a upgrade to vr. 3.0 and now it says I can't get in. This app is a frustrating at times. I also paid for brushes from Graphixly and I lost those.
Please help thank you.

16 days agoYou got things wrong. Serial numbers are for v2, v3
UPGRADE uses one time use activation code. If you upgraded from old serial, then it no longer exists. Activate the code (once) and then proceed to activate the license in paint on desired device with I already have a license option.
You cannot lose brushed from external sources as you can simply download them again from distributor. They have sales history for cases like that.- English

16 days agoHi! As the second image you provided states, the serial number is for license activation only, not upgrades. If you bought the upgrade and received an email saying the activation code, it should have the steps included in an email titled "Clip Studio Paint - Thank you for your purchase, here are usage instructions". In case you have lost it, I will provide the instructions here.
(The activation code should already be active if you logged into your account to buy the upgrade - which is typically required)
If you are sure that you did indeed get an activation code, you may have purchased the upgrade for version 2.0 where they do provide an actual activation code. In this case, I will also provide the steps.
