clip studio keeps deleting my downloaded materials while i didn't move any folders

when i start my program today, theres a message box telling me that clip studio forgets its original folder for all downloadable assets , making me had to download all assets again manually which takes time. this isn't the first time it's happening. and i didn't touch ANY of clip studio folders. please fix this error that keeps happening as it's not convenient to use the program now.

14 days agoIf you shut down your PC immediately after exiting CSP, changes such as settings may not be saved. Please wait a while after exiting CSP.
Also, exclude CLIP STUDIO and CSP from security software monitoring.
