XPPEN Shortcut keys do not work when using the fill tool

I bought a new computer, installed the drivers for the Clip Studio Paint and the tablet, and even though I set it to the same settings as the old PC, I can no longer use the eraser shortcut key when using the fill, gradient, or shape tools. I can switch without any problems when using the pen or airbrush. On the old PC, I was able to switch while using the fill or gradient tool without any problems, but on the new PC, I can no longer switch. To switch tools, I use the XPPEN driver's pen settings, customization B (brush)/E (eraser). The only difference I can think of from the old PC is that it went from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Version of Clip Studio Paint used: 2.0.6 Tablet used: XP-PEN Artist 12 Pro Driver version: 3.4.12 (104e65f) If you know how to solve this problem, please help.

If you are talking about modifier keys, check the "Tool process specific settings".
Top menu "File" -> "Modifier key settings"

    Problem solved!

Thank you very much to everyone who responded!

Here are the steps to solve the problem.

Uncheck the "Windows ink" checkbox in the XP-PEN driver settings,
select "Tablet" from "File" → "Preferences" in Clip Studio Paint,
and set "Tablet service to use" to "Wintab", and the problem was solved.
