it says that I can upgrade to 3.02...but...if iI do so I dont have to pay anything or yes_? its free?

If you have a 3.0 license, the update to 3.02 is free.
This update is just a bug fix.

13 days agoUpdates labeled 3.0.X (like 3.0.2) are free for perpetual license owners.
Updates labeled 3.1.0 and up (like 3.2.1, 3.3.0, etc) require an Update Pass or a regular subscription. Perpetual license owners need an Update Pass or to wait until v4.0.0 is available for purchase to be able to get updates labeled this way.
The Release Notes page will also say who can use the update.- English
