can't toggle pen/eraser please help

Like most artists, I use the pen/eraser toggle button on the stylus pretty often, and it recently, as I was clearly up my workspace, stopped working. I've had csp for a few years now and I've never come across this issue-- and at first I thought it was an issue with my laptop or driver, so I restarted my laptop a few times, redownloaded/updated my driver, and checked for any other issues that might've been causing this but I couldn't find anything. I booted up another drawing software (krita) and checked if the toggle works, and it does, which led me to think it was an issue with csp so I deleted and redownloaded it but still nothing.

I even thought I might've deleted something while clearing up my space that could've messed up the settings, since I noticed a change where it'd only revert to a default eraser when I toggled it before it completely stopped working. But even after I reset all my settings to default/reverted all the tools I deleted, it still wouldn't work. The bottom of my screen signifies that it's still changing between pen/eraser, but the display of the brush doesn't change, and when I bring it down/try to draw with it, it won't do anything until I switch it back to the pen.

I can still use the eraser tool by manually selecting it, it's just the toggle that doesn't work. Is it some kind of bug? How do I get it back? Please help!

    1.
In the settings of the pen tablet driver, why not select only CSP from [ + ] and set it again in that state?
In that case, instead of selecting the prepared [Eraser] item, enter the shortcut key set on the CSP side in the [Keystroke] input field.
Also, if you have installed multiple pen tablet drivers, please install only one.

    2.
Update Windows and security software, and try excluding CSP and pen tablet drivers from security software monitoring.

You may have already checked the FAQ below, but please check it again.

Please restart your PC after each operation.

If this does not apply, try writing from the "Post an Answer" below and you may find another answer.
Or ask the pen tablet manufacturer or CELSYS official support directly.

I'm unsure if this is the solution but perhaps you'll have to reassign the short cut settings/toggle buttons to your pen again if you haven't already because I find that when I reset to default binds, they don't correlate well to my tablet/pen program so I have to reassign matching toggles on CSP and my tablet/pen program.

(file -> shortcut settings -> tools) make sure that the shortcuts match the ones on my tablet/pen program

So I didn't exactly fix it, but I switched the stylus setting from pen/eraser to b/e, and switched my csp shortcuts to b for pen(thanks to Pepperika) and I got it working again! Still unsure why pen/eraser stopped working but I can use the function again!!
