Is there anyway to add a filter in multiple frames?

I need to add a gaussian blur filter to every frame of my 100 frames animation. Is adding it one by one the only possible way this program has to do that? Or is there any way to automatically add it on every frame?

CLIP STUDIO PAINT's animation function is a weak editing function that allows you to simply line up drawings and perform basic screen operations.
You cannot perform filter effects on each frame from the timeline as you would like. You need to create the materials individually in advance.
