how to run full version of csp ex?

i bought the monthly subscription to csp ex and no matter what i try i cant get it to run the full version. i only get the basic/trial version. how do i fix this? i made sure, multiple times, that i activated the license. ive tried signing out and back in. iv tried updating eve though im already on the latest version. what else can do to run it?

9 days agoFrom your image, it looks like EX is running, so there may be some other problem.
Why do you think "the full version is not running"?
For example,
- I can't find the necessary function
- I can't create a new canvas
- I can't save my work
Please describe in detail what kind of problem you are experiencing.
