Brushes rotate instead of staying in place

There is an issue with some brushes not snapping into place and rotating 360 degrees.
Even if you reset the brush settings, this phenomenon occurs with several brushes.
When I asked other people if they had the same problem with the same brush, they said they did not have the same problem. Is this an error in Clip Studio settings?

10 days agoYour question about "some brushes" is too abstract and doesn't convey anything. Please provide specific brush names and operation examples.
