How to easily bring up the "Sub Tool Detail Window" for the pen sub tool

Currently, when a subtool is selected, you can open the subtool details by pressing the spanner button at the bottom.
However, this spanner button is small and difficult to press, so it is not suitable for repeated use.
When you right-click a subtool, the menu that appears only has "Subtool Settings" (you can only change the name, etc.). Why can't you go to the Subtool Details screen by right-clicking?
It would be nice to be able to set a shortcut key, but even when I looked at the shortcut key settings screen, I could not find a setting to open the Subtool Details.
Please let me know how to set a shortcut key to open the Subtool Details, or if there is an easy way to bring up the Subtool Details.
