I want to do 2 things: take lines off of a jpg and move those lines to a layer of their own and modify them, How do I do this

10 days agoHi! You can do this through [layer]>[convert to lines and tones] to which you can edit how you want the lines to look. Once you select ok, it will apply the changes and you will have the lines. You can modify them afterwards. This works with both 3d models and photos so it works well when working with backgrounds.

10 days agoIf jpg is in color it is complicated. Duplicate layer. You would need to adjust levels and contrasts to make lines as dark as possible while keeping colors light. It can bn done from color correction in edit. Then go to select color gamut and select black for lines. Delete the rest.
