How to change animation timeline from frames (in total) to seconds + frames?

When looking at the timeline it always shows the total amount of frames. It is kinda confusing to me when i have +100 frames. I have seen another creator share their file and in their timeline it was seconds + frames. So instead of frame 25, it went back to 1. How do I change to that setting?

10 days agoIf you're talking about changing the display mode, excuse me for doing this on a Windows screen.
In the Edit menu, select "Change basic canvas settings" and then "Timeline" - "Frame display method" to select your preferred display mode.
