Which folder to copy when changing devices

I changed devices and tried to follow the guide to copy the folder from one to another to transfer all my materials to the new device, but found out that I have two CELSYS folders that could be still functional: One in the Documents folder, and one in the hidden AppData folder, as the guide mentions. How do I know which one to copy? I've tried both and none worked, so I think doing both maybe stopped the copy from working?

For reference, my current version of clip is version 1.13.2 and I'm using Windows

If you can select [Maintenance Menu] > [Move user data folder] in "CLIP STUDIO", the CELSYS folder for settings will be located in the Document folder.
If you cannot select [Move user data folder], the CELSYS folder for settings will be located in the AppData folder.

If you install "CLIP STUDIO PAINT" on a new PC, the CELSYS folder for settings will be created in the AppData folder.
