About the back button on smartphone devices

I use the smartphone version of CLIP STUDIO PAINT to draw with my finger.
I sometimes accidentally press the back button on my device and files are saved in an undesirable state.
Is it possible to disable the back button on my smartphone device or use it instead of going back one step?

I've tried various settings for the navigation bar on the device, but in the end, it's more convenient to have it always displayed when not drawing, so I'll make a request to the CLIP STUDIO PAINT app.

Settings and specifications vary depending on the model number of your smartphone and the Android version, and you can't do anything unless you disable the default navigation bar, so I recommend you look for a way to disable the "3-button navigation" on your smartphone.

Depending on the smartphone, you can change the "3-button navigation" to gestures or other navigation methods, so
please look for it in the smartphone's manual.

Alternatively, you can disable the default 3-button navigation and search for "button navigation" on Google Play, etc., and you should be able to find something with the same function on the app board.

I think you can install it and overlay the navigation in a place where it won't get in the way of the app (I've never used it).

In any case, I don't think you can tell unless you write down the model number of your smartphone (I think Niki Kefu, who uses that smartphone a lot, would know better).
Someone with a similar model number from the same manufacturer may be able to tell.
