How to upgrade to 3.0 EX if I upgraded to 2.0 EX before?

I am looking for a way to go from 2.0 EX to 3.0 EX and take advantage of the current discount, as well as use some features and tools that 2.0 EX won't let me.
I use a 2.0 EX perpetual incense that I upgraded from Pro 1.0. some years ago, and I checked, and I am still using it. Here are some the Diagnostics
Application: CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX Version: 2.3.1
Serial Number: Universal Serial
But when I try to upgrade to Ver 3.0 EX, by getting the perpetual version I get this. This is what happens when I click 'Buy now'. There doesn't seem to be an option to upgrade to 3.0EX with the discount, and if there is I don't see it.
So, what do I do? What am I doing wrong? Please help me someone can.

10 days agoYour annual pro already is v3. Your update pass ex already is v3. You should be able to use all v3 functions as it is.
Since your ex is tied to an update pass you will not be able to upgrade it while update pass is active.
Click on details to see your options.
Make sure you have installed the latest CSP version to access v3 functions.- English
