Why do I have to keep reinstalling my pens?

I have several different pens and brushes installed- But every time I reopen CSP I have to go through the process of putting them all back into the proper pen areas ( out of the downloads folder ) so that I can actually use them. I didn't have this issue on my old computer and It's starting to get extremely frustrating. How do I fix this??

    It's confirmed.
Can you run CLIP STUDIO PAINT with administrator privileges?

Is there a problem with the way CLIP STUDIO PAINT terminates?

Do you have "old computers" and "new computers"?
If so, try moving the "CELSYS" folder of the "old computer" document folder to the "new computer" document folder.
(Change the name of "CELSYS" in the document folder of "New Computer" in advance to a pseudonym and save it)

This usually happens when CSP is closed improperly or force exited. Not sure if that's your case, but that happens with me when I force shut the program or I try to hastily close the program and it basically crashes. Other than that, I'm not really sure what could be causing this

I can not understand what you are talking about.
Normally it is natural that file safety is not guaranteed if abnormal termination is to be properly terminated.
