I have clip studio pro (with a 24 months limit) and i saw that there is a summer sale that makes upgrating pro to ex more affordable. The question is that if I upgrade will I have ex forever or for only those 24 months?

First of all, there is no path to upgrade directly to EX from the bundled version of WACOM as a courtesy.
(In other words, US $ 84.00 from Discounted Upgrade from PRO to EX can only be used after purchasing a full version PRO.
Available if purchased for US $ 109.00)
There is no 24-month license period limit for the purchased EX.
