When trying to draw something with retas it will deviate about 1 cm to the left. I am repaired by erasing the information like Wacom's user information, but if I change the function key of wacom it will shift again.
If anyone has the same symptoms, it will be helpful if you let me know the solution.
By the way it does not go away with other software.
It is windows 10.

6 years agoHow about trying to update Wacom's tablet driver to the latest one fitted?
If you do not get well with that, you are thin, but there is a shock therapy to "RETAS_STUDIO".
RETAS_STUDIO DVD disc may be required to try the following methods.
First of all, just in case that "something" of "RETAS" is activated, open "version information" from "Help" menu.
"Serial number" will appear at the bottom of the window, so click the "Copy" button to pick up a copy.
(Save it separately in a text file such as Notepad)
Quit "All" application of "RETAS".
Change the folder name of C: \ Program Files (x86) \ CELSYS \ RETAS STUDIO \ Common Files to "Save Common Files".
(The folder name may be anything unlike the original)
Execute the latest version updater RETAS_STUDIO_65x_660J.exe.
"Version 1.01.000 of RETAS STUDIO has already been installed. Do you want to install the update?"
Click "Yes" to continue.
Make sure that a new "Common Files" folder is created in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ CELSYS \ RETAS STUDIO \.
Please run RETAS series and try to see if the problem is healed.
