I want to restore changed icons to default

We become indebted to.
When I opened the PSD file distributed by the other person,
Menu bar, toolbar, quick access, etc.
All icon displays and screen brightness have changed. (attached image)
I want to revert to the original default environment.
I would like to know where the settings can be restored.

Long press icon → Set icon → Reset icon to default: No change
Loading the workspace: This was also unchanged

If you are using Windows version, you can download the previous version on the following page.
Since it is open to the public, [Windows Start] → [Windows System Tools] →
Select [Control Panel], and on the displayed screen
Select [Uninstall a program (programs and functions)] to display
Select [CLIP STUDIO PAINT] on the screen that appears and uninstall
After receiving, install from the downloaded installer
