Can you move only with the arrow keys?

I think the additional items in the selection are different.

Open the sub tool details of the object tool,
Change "Add selection" of "Operation" to "New selection" on the left.
After making changes, it is a good idea to register all settings as default settings.
You can display an eye symbol for this item and add it to the tool properties.
