How to move and resize the application

Im on a Mac and I can't adjust clip studio paint to the right size so I can fit other things on the screen and can't move it onto my tablet display. Also its really annoying because my canvas and the everything around it isn't locked together. so If I close quit the canvas, it leaves the user interface still there and other way round.
