"Lock transparent pixels" in the layer palette
Select the color you want to change with "Select color gamut" in the selection menu
Change the drawing color to the changed color
"Change line color to drawing color" in the edit menu
How about that?
Or
If you locked the pixels in the layer palette
You may just apply it with a brush
For vector layers
Directly select the vector you want to change with the object tool
Change the drawing color

"Edit"> "Color Correction"> "Color / Saturation / Brightness"
(If you want to adjust later, "Layer"> "New color correction layer"> "Color tone / saturation / brightness")
You can also change the color with the slider.
