Only the start of the audio plays in any frame I go to. How do I fix it?

Hi, I'm having an issue with the audio. I'm trying to animate for the first time in CSP, and I add audio by going to files>import>audio>then pick the audio. The problem is that when I go to the middle of the frames, the audio plays at the start, not syncing with the frames. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

3 years agoThe frame rate "24" or "30" when adapting the audio file to normal animation.
Also, for Windows, the audio file format is "wav", which is compatible with Windows.
