CSP Mobile License Not Working

I have Clip Studio Paint on my Samsung S8+ with the most recent winter update, when ever I login it says I don't have a license :( I have a license and my serial number was emailed to me, so I can confirm I have one, all it asks is for me to login but it says I don't have a license. It work perfectly fine when I use the same account on my Surface Pro, though. Any way I can access Clip Studio without it timing me for an hour even though I have a license?

3 years agoGalaxy devices are subscription only. You cannot use a 30-digit One Time Purchase (Desktop) license on those devices (or Android/Chromebook, iOS). The 30-digit license number is only for Windows and Mac, that's why it works on your Surface Pro.

3 years agoI don't receive the serial number by email because Galaxy is a subscription only.
