Can't open "paint" part of CLip Studio Paint

So I bought the $49 one-time payment plan, and had it for a couple months. But now I try to open my artwork and none of them open. I go to the clip studio menu and open paint, and it doesn't open. it's like I never purchased the paint part. I dunno what happened, and I dunno what to do now. Can anyone help me here?
