I am a user who is using both PC version and iPad as an annual membership.
Every time I try to use the material after downloading it to use the monthly subscription plan benefits, it says that the material cannot be used.
Any solution?

Can you post a screenshot ? Is it with one specific material or with all bonus materials?
So far, I don't have an answer. If it happens with all materials, I would recommend to contact the Support Desk :
