ex upgrade

I'm currently using pro and would like to upgrade to ex, but when I apply for the upgrade plan, a window pops up saying that there is no monthly plan currently in use. How do I upgrade Pro to EX for which I paid in a lump sum?

    Are you confusing [upgrade] and [update]?
    [PRO→EX] is an [upgrade], so it is different from the [update] plan.
    If you are using the one-time purchase version on Windows and would like to purchase the one-time purchase version of [EX] = upgrade, please check the FAQ here ↓, then click [Purchase with one-time payment (Windows/macOS)] (or [ Please take a look at the link to apply for a monthly plan (Windows / macOS / iPadOS / iOS / Galaxy / Android / Chromebook). If you pay for it all at once, I think you can purchase it as an [upgrade benefit].
