Broken data transfer?

I've been downloading a few sets to play around with on the canvas but haven't seen them until i checked the data transfer and one material I paused still hasn't paused for about 3 weeks now and i can't close out clip studio or restart my laptop and the material is stuck at 57% and i don't think it's going to pause anytime soon.

3 months agoSince it can't be helped while the communication is going on, close Clipstudio (launcher), and if that doesn't work, force close it from the Apple menu.
Just in case, restart the OS and start Clipstudio again. From the top right gear, select the maintenance menu → Rebuild the material database and material folder.
I think a pen that fails to download will be reported as a corrupted file, so delete it from the material management
I think if you download it again, the download will finish without any problems.
