I wanted to create an auto action that draws guides in vertical and horizontal crosses,
I attempted to set auto action, but I could not record it.
Is there action that can not be registered in auto action?

5 years agoI think that it depends on how to make auto action.
Although the movement of the tool pen and eraser is not recorded, for example, if the canvas size is 1000 x 1000 pixels,
Auto action that draws a 1 pixel vertical line from top to bottom on the canvas
1) Create a new raster layer and suddenly fill in the whole surface with the color you like with "Advanced Fill".
2) As it is, with editing / transformation / enlargement / reduction rotation, it is reduced to the tool property "magnification ratio - width: 1 / vertical: 100". Other suitable. (The first time it will be 10 pixels wide)
3) With the same edit / deformation / scaling rotation, the tool property "magnification factor - width: 10 / vertical: 100" reduces to 1 pixel.
At this time, if you move with the arrow key on the keyboard, the arbitrary position is recorded in the auto action. Positioning is confirmed with reference to the ruler.
If the canvas size is large, add the second and subsequent steps.
Horizontal lines are similar.
If you increase the number of layers, you can set as many arbitrary thicknesses as you like to arbitrary places and then finally integrate the necessary layers.
You can also draw a small (minimum 3-pixel by 3-pixel) cross point on the screen.
(Note: If you want to be in the real center, leave the canvas size as odd as 1001 x 1001)- Japanese

5 years agoAlthough it is not something that can be registered for an action,
Make a suitable canvas newly (there are really no problems with the size)
Create a guide line with the base point of the guide set to "center" so that you can say,
In that state, register it as a template with the menu [Edit] → [Material Growing] → [Template Material]
(Since all the layers are registered at this time, it is recommended to delete layers other than the ruler (guide) registered)
After that, add this template to the necessary manuscript just like ordinary material
Paste it on the canvas (it will be the same behavior with drag & drop).
Guides will be centered on any size canvas.
