Two version of Clip Studio Paint on Windows?

I'm on Windows 7.
Now that I installed the fresh new version 1.6.7, I see that the 1.6.2 old version is still installed on my computer.
Can I/should I uninstall the 1.6.2 version without problem?
Why doesn't the new version replace the old one, is there a reason?
