Whats wrong with my stabilization setting.

The stabilization on my brush didn't work. I set it from 0 to 100, it only works only if I draw a line slowly. If I stroke fast, I feel no resistance at all even if I set stabilization to 100. Is there a setting for it? I already check "adjust by speed" on the correction menu but nothing happens. I try to copy my eraser setting which works fine with stabilization but it does nothing. Can anyone please help?

If it ’s about image stabilization, it ’s in “Correction” on the left.

I don't know if you understand what I mean but the pen cursor exceeds the actual line. Simply said the cursor is in front of the line I draw.
It's weird because before this both pen cursor and the line move together. if both move together it will give a feel of resistance.

Though while I stroke at a normal speed in the real world, in the digital display the speed is decreased due to stabilization.
Hard to explain though, its more to the feel of the brush vector.

As you can see in the image I am actually trying to draw a spiral going downward slowly.
But the line lags the pen cursor. I think if it moves together it will fix my problem
