I can't open my saved works or new canvas

I just used the app yesterday, it worked perfectly fine. But when I try to open them today, it just says "Connecting to Server" and the shuts down again. I tried opening it again but the same thing happened. What just happened? Is this normal?

4 years agoSince it is just used, after uninstalling CLIP STUDIO PAINT → CLIP STUDIO in order
Why don't you restart your computer and try installing again?

4 years agoThe picture you have drawn and saved will not disappear even if you uninstall it.
If there is a material downloaded from ASSETS, it will disappear but you can re-download it again.

4 years agoThere is a folder named CELSYS in the document folder of your computer.
Try moving it to your desktop and then reinstalling.
