3 years agoDownload the new CSP version (from official website).
Launch the installer.
Done.
If you are having trouble , try disabling your firewall/antivirus and/or put CSP on whitelist.- English

3 years agoPosting images of your issue help too.
I am not sure if you are getting this from your browser or system, did you download the installer at all
or is it your system that is blocking the installation?
This is the support, if nothing you did works.

3 years agoThat particular file string (the folder paths and file type) is a chunk of the whole file you are trying to download. Lots of browsers now use .part (or similar) files just in case the download gets interrupted (like a unstable internet connection, browser crashes, etc). All the .part files are stored in a Temp folder and then combined into the finished file (CSP Setup.exe for example).
With it saying the "source file could not be read... Etc" there may be an issue with your connection to the server, like it's busy; Celsys may be doing something; or some other issue. It's possible that you just need to wait a few days.- English

3 years agoHave you tried using another browser , then downloading?
Or disabling all extensions for your browser?
You could also scan system for malware, just in case.- English

3 years ago1. Please install Chrome and use Chrome web browser to download the latest CSP update installer.
download chrome
https://www.google.com/chrome/
download CSP page
https://www.clipstudio.net/en/dl/
If you can't download with Chrome, there is possibility that your Windows system is responsible for the hiccups.
2. Try disabling webroot protection and downloading.
3. If it doesn't work try cleaning the system (with CC cleaner) and updating your Windows. If you don't know how, do a google search on how to update Windows.

3 years agoDid you download the update installer to your computer?

3 years agoUse Chrome web browser and download the installer.
If you want to fix this issue, try doing this. This is Firefox issue, not Clip Studio Paint's.

3 years agoI think it's system issue.
Did you restart your computer and try again?
Are you the administrator of your computer?
Did you try downloading other files from the web?- English

3 years agoIf you can't download other files from the web it's your system issue or a hard drive issue, not the files you are downloading.
Is your hard drive full?
Did you check for hard drive errors?
What I would do is check the system and hardware, then try again downloading files.
If this doesn't work , backup your files and documents and reinstall windows (also format the drives).

3 years agoBing is a search engine, not a web browser. If you are still using Firefox (and this might be a Firefox issue), use another browser, like Chrome.
