i've tried stopping all background thingys in task manager, but there are none - just apps. i've tried doing the hold down shift click that cps says i should do but it doesn't work, can anyone help me, please? i'd really like to be able to draw.

While holding down the shift key, activate CLIP STUDIO PAINT,
Please initialize "command bar · quick access setting".

6 years agoWhile holding down the shift key, click the part indicated by the red frame on the next page.
Do not release the shift key until CLIP STUDIO PAINT is activated.

If CLIP STUDIO PAINT does not start, please uninstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT once and install again.
