Does clip studio support Cintiq Pro 24?

When I click on New, the window pops out of the screen size, unable to do anything. When I try to draw with a G-Pen the cursor does not align. My tablet works fine with Animate, Harmony and photoshop. It has tons of bugs with Clip Studio and I have a license for this program. So my question is does the program run with Cintiq Pro 24?

3 years agoYes,Cintiq pro 24 works fine with CSP.Check the following.
・Save your current workspace and then return to default. (Image1)
・Is it in Wintab mode or not.（image2）

3 years agoI've been using clip studio with cintiq pro 24" touch for a year and it never gave me any problems or bugs so it's probably something about your configuration (see the screenshots from the other reply) or you need to recalibrate the tablet screen if the pen isn't working properly either.

3 years agoHi, I’ve figured out the issue and it’s not what you suggested. I have windows 10. The issue is the app doesn’t align with scale and layout options in windows. If my resolution is 3840x2160 and change the size of text, apps and other items is set 200% the app does not align, If switch to 100% all the tools and windows become small. So ideal setting is 1920x1080 and scale 100%. Let me know when your app can work in 3840x2160 and 200% scaling.
