I'm thinking of making a doujinshi, but I changed the size from B5 to A5, but the illustration is still the size of B5. Should I just draw it as B5?
Thanking you in advance.

Since I do not understand the situation at all in this sentence, I answered that I will paste a screenshot of the entire canvas where "Illustration that changed to A5 but remains B5" is opened as to how I changed from B5 to A5 May be obtained.

By selecting Page Management → Change Page Basic Settings, you have changed only the manga manuscript paper settings to A5 while keeping the canvas size.
If you want to change the size of the entire work, use Page Management → Change Basic Work Settings.
Therefore, set the canvas size and paper settings to A5 (see image).
The picture does not automatically shrink to fit the canvas size, so you need to manually shrink all pages. It's about 82%.
You can print as long as you have the registration marks, but considering that it is doujin printing, it is safer to follow the A5 size instead of leaving the canvas size as it is.
I think that the site of the printing shop you use has a description of the default manuscript size.
As you can see by trying it, when exporting data at the time of uploading, the register marks will not be inserted unless you select "Export entire page", but if you proceed with the canvas size as B5, it will be exported in B5.

By the way, since it is in the name stage now, it can still be recovered, but if it is almost completed, it will be completed as B5 and the size will be reduced from B5 to A5 in the final export. In that case, deterioration of the line due to reduction is unavoidable, so be careful about the paper size.
