Is it "just obtained and connected (no usage record)" or "I have been able to use it until now but it has stopped responding (with usage record)"?
In the former case, check the official manual of the liquid tab maker and try the physical connection and driver installation again.
In the latter case, there is not enough information.
Is it only unresponsive when Crysta is active? Does it work when the OS is just started and no apps are started?
If the pen is battery operated, is the pen battery sufficient? Is the driver broken?
Do you remember doing OS updates or adding peripherals before you couldn't use it?
If you don't understand the situation in more detail, it will be difficult to present a solution.
