How to get Discount Versions of CSP

I got Clip studio Paint PRO as a bundle through buying a Wacom Intuos tablet a few years back and wanted to upgrade my license to EX at the discounted price. However, it says my serial number is wrong when i try to authenticate, is there a way to fix it or can I just not do it?

2 years agoYou cannot use a Wacom-issued Pro serial number to get the upgrade price for EX. You would have to buy the full version of Pro, then EX, to use your Wacom serial in that way.
Right now, just buying EX is the best way to go if you want it (money-wise).
