Tone: What can be erased with an eraser and what cannot be erased

I'm using Crysta from my iPad.

I want to partially scrape the pasted tone, but there are some that can be erased with an eraser and some that cannot be erased.
Is there any way to erase something that can't be erased?

I'm sorry I couldn't explain it well, but thank you.

Select an indelible tone layer in the layer palette
If the layer mask thumbnail is displayed attached to the tone layer, select the layer mask thumbnail and erase it.
If the tone layer does not have a layer mask, press the layer mask command icon to add a layer mask.
Select the added layer mask and erase it

The tone layer itself never disappears and can be shown or hidden with a layer mask
If you erase too much, add it with a brush such as a G pen and put it back.
