How do use the serial number I received when I purchased the software? I downloaded the app and it had me get the free trial but it will not give me the prompt to enter a serial number that I purchased.

Follow the steps on the download page.

If you have already started the free trial, please register after launching the app.
Start [CLIP STUDIO (launcher program)] from the desktop shortcut → click the [PAINT] button on the upper left to start [CLIP STUDIO PAINT (drawing app)] → [Help] menu at the top of the screen → [License confirmation] -Change] → There is an item to register the license.

2 years agoThe 30-digit serial number is for PC (Windows / MacOS) only.
Start CLIP STUDIO PAINT. You can use the trial version.
Follow the registration procedure from "License Confirmation / Change" in the help menu.
Do not lose your 30-digit serial number as it will be reused in the future.
