How to find where my licenses are being used

I brought a one time purchase plan and had my license on my pc and tablet, it worked fine but i recently had my tablet wiped due to a problem and was unable to uninstall so i couldn't remove my license from there, i have fixed my tablet and would like to use my license on it again along side my pc, is there any way to check what devices my license is still being used on?
