clip studio wont open

I just bought clip studio paint pro and installed the program however when I try to open clip studio nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling it and downloading the program again but that doesn't work. I've also went to my windows firewall to allow it through and disabled my antivirus but it still wont work. how can i fix this?
