My PRO was purchased at a discounted price before, and it seems that I cannot upgrade to EX at the current discounted price.
How should this situation be upgraded? It's okay to give the regular price, but there seems to be no option other than discounted upgrades on the clip studio website...

1 year agoUpdates are also eligible for discounts during bargain sales, but they are not currently on bargain sales. Normal upgrade price.

The page you provided is also the page I clicked on before. After clicking "Buy", I jumped to the "Purchase with 4,750 NTD" version, and then entered my PRO serial number, but the authentication failed, saying "The serial number is wrong. Please confirm and enter the serial number again. .”

1 year agoFor Chinese/English/Japanese, a license for each language is required for a 30-digit serial number.
I think the subscription version had no language restrictions.
