I have a medium Wacom tablet and don't know how to use it or animate either i don't know any good programs for it or how to use any programs.

5 years agoThe best way to learn new skills and software is to first try by yourself before asking someone to teach you from scratch.
Take time to read the manual http://www.clip-studio.com/site/gd_en/csp/userguide, observe and analyze animations you like and try to emulate them by yourself. Try and fail, repeat again and again.
When you feel like you're hitting an obstacle, ask precise questions to other artists who will be happy to share their knowledge.
But don't rely on others to learn, or you won't be able to create on your own.- English
