Doesn't work after downloading the material

2074388 < I purchased and downloaded the material, but it does not appear in material management.
I tried rebooting the computer, rebuilding the database, and re-downloading, but it didn't work. Since I'm using version 3.0 of Clip Studio, I don't think this is the issue either. It's a waste to use Clippy, how can I solve it?

29 days agoCould it be that the download folder (Download folder) is not automatically created and there is no material file? Or is it not showing up in the material management of the program running Clip Studio?
I don't know if it's a method or not, but if the download is successful, there are cases where the folder creation is not possible... Click All materials at the top of the paint program and search for ポップ油彩, the material of 2074388, to check whether the file exists. It seems good. In that case, if the file exists, create a new folder in the Download folder and name the folder ポップ油彩-2074388 and it will automatically go into it. Depending on the material, some go into the Material folder... so it's a good idea to check that too.
If it does not appear in material management, it would be a good idea to suspect that it was not downloaded in the first place and check to see if it appears in communication management when you press download properly.
