Everytime I create new speech bubble layer, it always merges with text layer that already exists, so I lock the text layer then I create speech bubble layer. But it always is created at the topmost of the layer list. It is really annoying.. I just want the new speech bubble layer will be created IN THE folder that I selected or same folder of the currently selected layer. Is there any solution?

Every time I create a speech bubble layer, it meets the existing text layer, but in order to block it, I close the text layer and create a new speech bubble layer, but now the new speech bubble layer is in the layer inventory. The problem is that it gets created right on top. Is there anyone who can create it in the same folder as the selected layer or in the selected folder?

The text layer is always created on top of the layers or on top inside the frame folder.

If you want it inside, click inside the desired frame on canvas, if you want it ouside click on empty space outside all frames on canvas.

Depending on your text tool settings it will add to an existing layer or create a new one. It may also merge it with bubbles or it may not.
